Administrative Officer 50% - Relieve our Social Team and Help Shape It! Are you looking for a varied and meaningful activity with direct customer contact? Then you are exactly right with us! As important support, you will relieve two social workers in all administrative matters. In doing so, you maintain communication with social insurers, authorities, institutions, and our clientele. Your exciting tasks include processing scholarship applications, supporting the mentoring of apprentices, reclaiming and controlling medical costs in supplementary benefits, the annual review of our clients' health insurance policies, and other exciting and administrative tasks in the social insurance area. Additionally, you will deputize the counter service, handle initial registrations, process incoming mail, maintain personal data in the system, and engage in active communication with our clientele.
