About the job
Team and Responsibilities
Own the channel. Drive performance. Scale marketplaces.
Marketplaces are more than just sales channels for us – they are a central lever for growth, visibility, and customer experience.
The role is responsible for the further expansion of our Amazon and marketplace business across relevant markets. The focus is on the continuous optimization of content, conversion, and performance as well as the scalable further development of our marketplace structures.
The topic is considered holistically: from the quality of listings to data-driven management and forecasting to close integration with marketing, performance marketing, supply chain, and operations.
The goal is to systematically translate visibility into sustainable growth and to further develop our marketplace presence in the long term.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- You create, optimize, and maintain our Amazon listings (SEO, keywords, content, A+ content, images) with a clear focus on conversion and visibility.
- You plan and conduct A/B tests to continuously improve conversion rates and customer experience.
- You are responsible for sales forecasting, revenue planning, and inventory coordination in close collaboration with supply chain and operations.
- You manage product feeds and channel setups (e.g., via Channable) and further develop them.
- You define, track, and optimize relevant KPIs such as revenue, profitability, conversion, and visibility.
- You work closely with marketing and performance marketing and are the central interface for campaigns, launches, and brand activities on Amazon (without direct ad management).
- You analyze the market, competition, and trends and identify growth potentials in a targeted manner.
- You take ownership of operational account management and continuously develop processes and structures.
- You coordinate internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure smooth implementation and scalable growth.
Your Profile
- You have a very good understanding of the Amazon marketplace ecosystem.
- You have practical experience in building, maintaining, and optimizing Amazon product listings.
- You bring experience in Amazon account management.
- Ideally, you have experience with product feeds and channel setups (e.g., Channable).
- You have a basic understanding of supply chain, operations, inventory control, and return processes.
- You work data-driven, structured, and with a clear focus on performance.
- You take ownership and independently drive topics forward.
