To strengthen and strategically further develop our company, we are looking for an experienced and assertive personality as a Partner, 80-100% (m/f).
Your tasks
- Independent customer acquisition and building long-term business relationships
- Management of customer projects with a focus on marketing and sales
- Leadership and training of your own project team with 3-6 employees
- Close collaboration in the interdisciplinary partner team
- Development and implementation of advertising concepts, company strategies, including coordination of measures
- Project controlling and impact measurement directly with the customer
- Leadership and further development of an internal company division

What you bring
- Completed studies (Bachelor or Master), ideally in business administration, communication, or a related field, or comparable training
- At least three years of professional experience in marketing – ideally in consulting, an agency, or one of our target markets (automotive, construction, gastronomy, or manufacturing industry)
- Experience in leading and developing employees
- Experience in customer acquisition, high ambitions, and enthusiasm for direct customer contact
- A pronounced strategic thinking ability
- Very good self-organization, high willingness to learn and motivation
- Confident German in spoken and written form; understanding of Swiss dialect
- Negotiation-level English and French is a plus
- Confident handling of digital tools and CRM systems
