Guest Experience Supervisor 100% (m/f/d)
Your daily work
- Ensuring first-class guest satisfaction throughout the Guest Experience area
- Personal care as well as individual greeting and farewell of VIP guests
- Active presence in the hotel entrance area including coordination of the bellmen
- Organization and implementation of special guest requests at the highest service level
- Monitoring arrivals, conducting room checks for VIPs, and quality assurance of amenities
- Control and coordination of luggage and valet services
- Processing VIP and long-stay bookings as well as maintaining and updating guest profiles in the system
- Organization of transfers, restaurant reservations, excursions, and events
- Support of the front desk during high guest volume
- Leadership, motivation, and training of the Guest Experience Agent and three bellmen
What we expect from you
- Completed vocational training in the hotel industry or comparable professional experience in a similar position
- Very good German and English skills, French is an advantage
- Strong service orientation and willingness to consistently exceed expectations
- High commitment, organizational talent, and leadership skills
- Driver's license category B
