Here you belong
by- taking responsibility for the respective shift (opening or closing the store, dividing tasks within the team, setting breaks)
- taking the professional lead of the baristas in your shift
- being responsible for various administrative tasks such as placing orders or checking incoming deliveries
- being responsible for accurate cash handling
- offering all customers high-quality beverages and products while adhering to all recipe, presentation, as well as health, safety, and cleanliness standards
- providing all customers with legendary service and building a connection with them at the first encounter
- responding to all our customers with clear and pleasant communication and addressing their needs
- ensuring a clean and organized workplace and store
- being able to work flexibly and being ready to take on many different tasks in the store during each shift
- assisting in training new partners, positively recognizing their outstanding performance, and providing empowering coaching
