Job Coach / Employment Mediator 80 – 100 %

As a Job Coach, you are responsible for job search for ALV- and IV-insured persons

(youth and adults) and the acquisition of internships and jobs.

Your tasks:

• Acquisition and placement of internships and jobs in the Baselland region and surrounding cantons
• Coaching our participants in their job search
• Support of companies and internship participants
• Regular status meetings
• Network building and support of companies
• Case-related administration and reporting

Your profile:

• Proven performance as a Job Coach or Employment Mediator with very good labor market, HR, or social insurance knowledge
• Experience in acquiring deployment positions and/or jobs as well as good networking in the economy
• High persuasiveness, communication skills, as well as independent and goal-oriented working style
• Winning, team-capable personality with a good mix of high social competence and assertiveness
• Very good PC skills (MS Office, job portals, and social media)
• Car advantageous
