Then you are in your element with us as Head of Planning & Control and Deputy Head of Operations.

These are your tasks

• You are responsible for the integrated planning of traffic on the SZU network – from strategic orientation to operational implementation (timetable, rotations, intervals, interventions, and services).
• You ensure safe, punctual, and customer-focused rail production in all operating conditions – including disruption, incident, and crisis management.
• You take on on-call duties, lead the incident team if necessary, and support employees in challenging situations.
• You lead and develop your Planning & Control team and actively contribute to the further development of SZU.
• You work cross-departmentally with internal and external partners and represent your area in relevant committees.
• You actively bring the perspective of rail production into projects and committees and help shape the expansion program "SZU_4.0" towards a high-performance S-Bahn.

These are your key competencies

• You have in-depth knowledge of planning and control processes, systems, regulations, and working methods in the rail sector, ideally with experience on the ISB and EVU side.
• You bring several years of leadership experience in a comparable role as well as practical experience in public transport or the rail environment and have a good industry network.
• You have a strong affinity for processes, quality, safety, and continuous improvement.
