To strengthen our team we are looking for an experienced
Facilities Manager (m/f/d)
for the comprehensive management of a strategically important client account. In this responsible position, you will take over the facility management for three locations and ensure the high-quality care of the properties.
Your tasks:
Operational management and coordination of facility management for three locations in Switzerland and Austria
Ensuring smooth building operations and optimal workplace quality
Regular site inspections and quality controls
Coordination between the different locations and alignment of location-specific requirements
Acting as the central contact person for the client on site
Regular client meetings and reporting on the status of the locations
Close cooperation with the account management team
Monitoring and coordination of technical building equipment
Management and coordination of external service providers
Monitoring of service quality, negotiation of service provider contracts and cost optimization
Responsibility for budget planning and monitoring of the locations
Monthly reporting and cost analyses
Ensuring JLL and client standards
Your profile
Completed studies in facility management, building technology, supply engineering, architecture or a comparable qualification
Additional certifications in facility management (e.g. GEFMA, IFMA) are an advantage
Knowledge of technical building equipment and modern building technologies
At least 5 years of professional experience in facilities management
Experience in managing multiple locations or larger real estate portfolios
Proven success in customer management and in service provider management
Experience in budget and cost responsibility
Sound knowledge of CAFM systems
Knowledge of Swiss and Austrian FM standards and regulations
Very good German and English skills as well as good French skills
