Head of Dispatch

As part of a succession arrangement (retirement), we are looking for a committed and organizationally strong personality as Head of Dispatch for our location in Bassersdorf (ZH).

• Professional and personnel management of dispatch
• Responsibility for dispatch at the Bassersdorf, Arbon, and Ruswil locations
• Planning and coordination of vehicles and driving personnel
• Ensuring smooth and economical use of resources
• Optimization of dispatch processes and route planning
• Close cooperation with internal interfaces (operations, sales, partners, etc.)
• Contact person for operational questions in daily business
• Participation in the further development of dispatch

• Several years of experience in dispatch, ideally in the travel, coach, or tourism sector
• Leadership experience or willingness to take on leadership responsibility
• Very good organizational and planning skills and high resilience
• Strong planning thinking as well as solution-oriented working style
• Good IT skills (dispatch tools are an advantage)
• Very good German skills in spoken and written form
