Your mission

Together with a colleague, you are the face of BELDONA in the area of store fitting and ensure that our stores shine in the best light. With a trained eye for quality, functionality, and design, you coordinate all construction and renovation projects – from planning to opening, in coordination with the Senior Project Manager, and take care of the entire maintenance of the stores.

You confidently lead internal and external partners through all project phases, ensure that deadlines, budgets, and quality standards are met, and find pragmatic solutions for every challenge. Your goal is to create a store experience through smooth processes and attention to detail that makes our brand tangible in the space.

HERE YOU MAKE THE DIFFERENCE

• Planning, organization, implementation including construction management of all conversions, new builds, and dismantlings while ensuring deadlines, quality, and cost targets
• Coordination with internal stakeholders (management, Head of Sales, regional sales managers RVL) and external partners
• Responsibility for building law clarifications with authorities and offices, from the building application to approval, ensuring compliance with building regulations/requirements during implementation
• Preparation of tender documents, obtaining, comparing, and awarding of offers
• Responsibility for the maintenance of the store network while adhering to budget guidelines and prioritizing the most important and urgent work
• Management of store fitting inventory at headquarters as well as maintenance and structural adjustments at workplaces
• Conducting negotiations with external partner companies

THIS DEFINES YOU

• Ideally, you have completed basic training in construction and later further educated yourself as an interior architect, architect, construction planning in interior architecture, or a comparable field
• Professional experience in retail construction management (project management/construction management)
• Sound knowledge in the field of building technology
• Hands-on mentality combined with a certain pragmatism
• Structured, solution-oriented working style and enjoyment of teamwork
• High personal responsibility, assertiveness, and negotiation skills
• Confident communication in German, French skills are an advantage
• Willingness to travel within Switzerland
