The Career Starter program is made for you and prepares you in a targeted and thorough way for corporate client advisory.

• Introduction, during a two-year practical training, to the exciting activities of corporate client advisory at Bank Valiant
• Discover and practice the varied activities of corporate client advisory
• Develop solutions oriented towards the needs of our clients and implement them 
• Learn in depth and practically the credit operations from application to implementation
• Prepare and follow up advisory interviews, while becoming familiar with acquisition activities
• Discover other departments through complementary internships, notably in Gümligen and Bern, and have the opportunity to work at different sites

• A degree in economics (Bachelor or Master, ideally with a specialization in Banking & Finance or Controlling & Accounting)
• Curiosity and interest in our advisory activity as well as daily direct contact with clients     
• Enjoy being active within an organization and learning new things
• Strong communication skills as well as a goal- and customer service-oriented mindset
• Enthusiasm for development opportunities in the corporate client sector
• A sense of responsibility and ambition to pursue a career in corporate client advisory
