Clerk Social Services (80%)

The Social Department includes an assessment service, the Social Service for Children and Youth, the Social Service for Adults, the Central Services, the Employment Integration Office, the Social Audit Office, as well as the Health Promotion Office.

For a meaningful activity where the person is at the center, we are looking for a Social Service for Adults from April 1, 2026, or by arrangement a

• Clarify relevant facts and obtain necessary client data
• Record, manage and continuously update the extensive digital file management
• Independent case processing in the social insurance law area, including health insurance
• Prepare social insurance new registrations (IV, AHV, BVG, EL)
• Review, process and allocate incoming mail
• Written and telephone clarifications independently or on behalf of the case-managing social workers
• Fill out simple tax returns, including obtaining all necessary documents
• Support and accompany apprentices in training desired

• Completed training as a commercial clerk EFZ
• Specialist further training is an advantage
• Professional experience preferably in public administration
• Very good German skills in spoken and written form
• Independence, resilience, flexibility and ability to work in a team
• Understanding of people in difficult life situations
• A high degree of discretion in dealing with sensitive information
