Your Tasks

• Care planning and management of care processes
• Care and observation of patients (m/f/d) in psychological crises with the required intensity
• Supporting patients in structuring their daily routine
• Targeted perception, maintenance, and promotion of healthy aspects of self-competence and practical life skills
• Participation in team meetings, supervisions, ward rounds, and group therapies 
• Involvement in quality assurance measures 

Your Profile

• A completed training in health and nursing care 
• Empathy, teamwork, sensitivity, and an appreciative basic attitude 
• Enjoyment in working with mentally ill people
• Commitment, responsibility, and teamwork skills
