- Completed vocational training and professional experience in insurance
- Experience in health insurance
- Passed intermediary exam (VBV) is an advantage
- Convincing appearance, enjoyment of customer contact and good communication skills
- Winning and resilient personality combined with a strong customer and service orientation
- High independence and flexibility, regional anchoring
- Confident German language skills in spoken and written form, additional languages such as English and French are an advantage
- Enjoyment of modern and contemporary digital tools
