\n\n\nWhat you do\n\n
- Installation, configuration, and maintenance of hardware and software in close cooperation with the IT specialist teams in Switzerland and Germany
- Analysis and resolution of IT malfunctions (first and second level support), including communication with employees at our locations
- On-site support for the IT infrastructure at our locations in Münchenstein, Bülach, Oftringen, Dotzigen, and Balerna
- Setup and commissioning of workstations as well as introduction of new employees to the IT systems
- Classification, processing, and documentation of support cases in the ticket system
- Ensuring compliance with processes and standards within the framework of ISO-27001 certification in cooperation with the quality team
- Completed training in the IT field or comparable qualification
- Several years of professional experience in IT support or a similar function
- Sound knowledge of hardware, operating systems (Windows), networks, and common office applications
- Experience with ticket systems and ITIL processes is an advantage
- Very good German skills in spoken and written form; English and/or Italian skills are an advantage
- Independent, structured, and solution-oriented working style
- High customer and service orientation
- Teamwork, flexibility
- Willingness to travel within Switzerland
- Driver's license category B
