Our services include comprehensive packages consisting of consulting, hardware and software solutions, services, as well as service and support. We are looking for a motivated and team-oriented personality to start immediately or by arrangement.
Your main tasks include:
- Overall management of the finance and accounting as well as controlling departments
- Active participation in the implementation of the corporate strategy as well as transformation and digitization projects
- Management of all treasury activities including cash and liquidity management
- Overall management of the budgeting process, forecasts, as well as investment and medium-term planning and reporting
- Responsible for financial statements including accruals, provisions according to Swiss GAAP FER
- Responsible for audits (annual financial statements, taxes, etc.)
- Further development of controlling instruments (KPIs, MIS, BI) for company-wide management and sound decision support
- Support in the development of modern licensing offers (SaaS) as well as rental and service business including mapping in the ERP
- Annual and quarterly financial statements of the family business
- Responsible for system setups FI-CO Navision, ERP migration in the FI-CO area, and conducting tests in cooperation with IT
- Risk management and adaptation of internal control system (ICS)
- Tax matters (withholding taxes in cooperation with HR)
- Property insurance
- Legal review of contracts and their risks with customers and partners
- Cost accounting and customer contract financing
- Process and quality management
- Leadership of the finance team, quality manager, as well as purchaser and fleet manager
Your profile:
- Degree in business administration, finance, or a related discipline; MBA advantageous, possibly in training
- Experience in a senior financial position, ideally as CFO
- Solid knowledge in financial planning and analysis, accounting, taxes, and compliance
- Experience in digitization projects and rental/service business is an advantage
- Strong leadership qualities and experience in leading and developing teams
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Analytical thinking and ability to convey complex financial concepts
- Strategic thinking and ability to develop and implement long-term financial strategies
- Strong problem-solving skills as well as the ability to work under pressure and make sound decisions
- A high degree of integrity, responsibility, and confidentiality
