About the job
As a surveillance specialist in the field of asset management, you will apply your technical knowledge to monitoring and contribute to the protection of investors. You will have the opportunity to face varied and challenging tasks.
- Implementation of branch-wide surveillance in the field of asset management.
- Risk- and data-based monitoring of investment products.
- Intervention as a technical expert during on-site inspections in the field of asset management.
- Coordination within FINMA on asset management surveillance topics.
- Analysis of regulatory and economic developments in asset management at national and international levels and assessment of action needs.
- University degree in economics, ideally with further training as CFA, CAIA, FRM, or as a certified accountant.
- At least 8 years of professional experience in the field of investment funds.
- Very good analytical skills and assertiveness.
- Communicative and proactive person, autonomous in work, with strong collaboration and coordination skills.
- Proficiency in handling data and data-based models.
- Very good knowledge of French or German (C2), good knowledge of the other language (B2), as well as English (B2).
