A cantonal mission service, the Meyriez neurorehabilitation aims to treat the consequences of diseases and injuries of the central, peripheral, and neuromuscular nervous system. Its main objective is to achieve an optimal restoration of the person's integrity.

To complete its team, the nursing management is looking for the Neurorehabilitation service of HFR Meyriez - Cantonal Hospital, a

(100%, 2-month fixed-term contract)

Your mission:

• provide quality care in partnership with the cared-for person and their entourage, respecting the HFR care philosophy, working all service shifts
• promote interdisciplinary collaboration and actively participate both within the team and with all collaborators
• evaluate your services and make necessary adjustments aiming at the constant improvement of your interventions
• participate in the development of the service
• supervise and support new team members as well as trainees

Your profile:

• nursing diploma in general care, HES level, or equivalent training
• proven experience in nursing care
• experience in rehabilitation is an asset
• proficiency in French or German, with good knowledge of the partner language
• dynamic, constructive, and creative spirit
• relational skills and sense of communication
• ability to work independently as well as in a multidisciplinary team
• flexibility, commitment, and ability to accept changes
