In this exciting role, you are part of the Construction Project Management team, which consists of around 100 architects, engineers, move managers, and a strong Project Office throughout Switzerland. With this team, we implement all construction measures for our customers. This includes designing new office work environments, infrastructural facility replacements, lifecycle-driven comprehensive renovations, sustainable projects supporting the Net-Zero strategy, as well as nationwide construction programs of all kinds. We ensure that from optimal consulting / conception / planning / implementation to operation, the defined goals (costs, deadlines, quality, and communication) of the construction projects for our mandate customers are achieved.
Your main tasks:
- Strengthening the East Region team / supporting project management in administrative, organizational, and strategic matters
- Preparation of project-specific documents such as order confirmations, correspondence, tender documents/contracts, and the like
- Checking, coding, and recording of receipts in the accounting system, performing booking corrections and transfers, as well as reconciling construction accounting with customer accounting/financial system
- Support in preparing offers, compiling the basis for invoicing and project controlling
- Initialization, maintenance, and control of the project management tool (Messerli)
- Archiving and document filing (physical and electronic)
- Support in developing/improving templates and processes as well as in internal quality management
Your profile:
- Completed commercial training or equivalent qualification
- Several years of professional experience in a comparable position
- Interest in the construction industry and construction technology
- Proficient use of Office 365, interest in AI tools like Copilot is an advantage
- Independent and reliable working style, high customer orientation and team spirit, as well as willingness to learn new things
- High customer orientation as well as independent and entrepreneurial thinking and acting
- Very good German skills in spoken and written form; English and/or French skills are an advantage
