Project & Strategy Staff Unit (50–60%)

We are looking for an experienced, versatile personality who actively supports our management (GL). You get involved yourself (from preparing decision-making bases to communicative implementation) and work closely with all GL members.

Your tasks

Project management and GL support

• Leading and implementing projects as well as taking over individual work packages
• Preparation and follow-up of GL meetings including implementation planning and coordination
• Coordination and communication with internal and external stakeholders
• Creating decision-making bases, presentations, and protocols
• Preparing PQM reviews as well as process and workflow analyses for management

Administrative and organizational tasks

• Ensuring organizational processes: appointment coordination, preparation of specialist events and networking occasions
• Creating mailings and sophisticated official correspondence (e.g., notarial transactions)
• Supporting the implementation of communication measures
• Leading internal projects (e.g., implementation of construction project)

Your profile

• Completed education at FH/University level, ideally in business administration or pedagogy
• Interest in business topics and corporate governance questions
• Experience in project management, ideally in coordination or organization
• Analytical strength, structured working style, and enjoyment of teamwork
• Proactive, independent working style, pragmatism, and implementation strength
• Strong problem-solving skills and high service orientation
• Enjoy working with different stakeholders and connecting strategic and operational tasks
