To strengthen our team in the Administration area, we are looking from 01.10.2025, for a fixed term until 31.01.2026, at the Geneva site, for a* motivated* and committed* person as a Customer Service Employee, 50%.

Your responsibilities

• You take care of customer requests and complaints and quickly and easily find solutions.
• You provide comprehensive and competent advice on assortment and service, covering both our offline and online offerings.
• You enter orders for our customers in the online shop using a tablet, thus offering a unique and complete shopping experience.
• You are the contact person for complaints and returns in the online shop.
• You are an expert regarding our Manor World Mastercard and our loyalty programs.
• You perform general administrative tasks in the back office.

Your profile

• Ideally, you have completed basic training in retail or the commercial sector.
• You have experience in a similar activity, preferably within a Customer Service department.
• You are a communicative person and enjoy being in contact with different categories of people.
• You are able to handle a high volume of customers and maintain an overview even in the busiest situations.
• You enjoy working in a team and value a neat appearance and exemplary behavior.
• You have good IT skills and use common Office applications with ease.
• You speak French fluently and preferably have knowledge of another national language.
• You have a clean debt collection register extract and a clean criminal record extract.
