- Ability to independently manage Gardemanger & Pâtisserie station.
- Strong culinary skills and knowledge of hygiene protocols.

for the cold kitchen - Gardemanger & Pâtisserie
starting immediately or by arrangement
Tasks:
- Area of work cold kitchen: Gardemanger & Patisserie
- Preparing our dishes as well as proper handling of products
- Responsible for mise en place of the assigned station
- Adhering to and implementing our hygiene concept
- Participating in all processes and working methods
Experience:
- Trained cook with certificate of competence
- Independent management of the Gardemanger & Pâtisserie stations
- Experience in an à la carte restaurant
