Polymechanic – CNC Manufacturing for a Modern Operational Company
Activities
- Setting up, operating, and monitoring modern CNC production equipment
- Ensuring product quality including performing quality checks and initiating corrective actions in case of deviations
- Performing maintenance and cleaning tasks on the machines
- Timely production of demanding customer parts
- Active participation in the continuous improvement process
Requirements
- Training as a polymechanic
- Willingness to work in a 2-shift system (06:00 - 15:00 or 15:00 - 23:00 - weekly rotation)
- Several years of experience operating CNC milling machines
- Strong quality awareness and high personal responsibility
- Independent, precise, and team-oriented working style
