Your main tasks:
- Leading the reception of the mandate while observing the existing standards and guidelines of the customer as well as ISS
- Greeting, receiving, and attending to customers, guests, and visitors
- Ensuring smooth reception operations
- Main contact person for the assistants of the management as well as members of the mandate
- Support in mail processing
- Handling phone calls in German and English
- Administration and data maintenance
- Access and security management, including issuing badges
- Office management
- Support in catering for events and customer meetings and room preparations
- Processing certificates according to the mandate's process
- Hub function between meeting room service, housekeeping, facility management, IT, and customers, among others
Your profile:
- Completed training or further education in the commercial field (service sector) and/or further education in hospitality
- Several years of leadership experience is mandatory
- Strong customer-oriented and communicative skills
- Service-oriented, flexible personality with organizational talent and sense of order
- Team player
- Quick comprehension
- Enjoyment in dealing with people
- Winning and confident appearance
- Good MS Office skills (MS Office)
- Language skills: German and English (business fluent), French is an advantage
