We are an internationally active service company and our HR department is responsible for all personnel-related matters for our employees in Switzerland, for our branch office in Bangkok, as well as for contractors employed worldwide. Furthermore, we train apprentices.
We offer a dynamic, international working environment with short decision-making paths and scope for design.
To strengthen our HR team, we are looking for an experienced, committed, and versatile personality.
In this responsible position, you will perform the following tasks
- You lead a team of two HR assistants both personally and professionally and report directly to the CEO
- You take overall responsibility for all personnel-related processes from entry to exit of employees, including payroll processing
- You advise and support managers in all HR matters throughout the entire employee lifecycle, especially in the areas of recruitment, compensation and benefits, performance management, training and development, as well as change management, taking into account labor law requirements and internal HR policies
- Recruitments with a focus on a professional and positive application process are planned, controlled, and accompanied by you
- The continuous development of existing HR processes is part of your responsibilities as well as the introduction of new, efficient solutions and tools
- You actively engage in HR projects, implement global and regional strategies, initiatives, and systems, and conduct corresponding training
- You ensure compliance with legal requirements and internal policies and continuously develop HR standards
- You work closely with international stakeholders and support the further development of a modern corporate culture
Your ideal profile
- HR specialist certificate as HR professional and further advanced training (e.g., HR management, HR manager, MAS HRM or equivalent)
- Several years of professional experience in HR, preferably with leadership and project experience, ideally in an international environment
- Sound knowledge of Swiss labor law
- Good user knowledge of HR IT systems (SwissSalary advantageous) as well as common MS Office applications
- Very good German and English skills, both spoken and written
- A pronounced social competence, empathy, as well as a structured and solution-oriented way of working complete your profile.
