WE ARE LOOKING FOR YOUThe Suvretta House in St. Moritz is a renowned 5-star grand hotel known for excellent service, alpine elegance, and warm hospitality. To strengthen our Front Office team, we are looking for a dedicated and service-oriented Front Office Agent / Receptionist (m/f) for the upcoming summer season who will professionally welcome and assist our guests.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Professional reception and check-in/-out of guests
- Competent and friendly care of our international guests during their stay
- Handling reservations, telephone and written inquiries
- Coordination and communication with other departments to ensure smooth guest service
- Support with administrative tasks at the reception
- Processing payments and managing guest accounts
- Ensuring a neat and inviting reception area
YOU
- Completed training in the hotel or service sector
- Experience at a hotel reception, ideally in upscale hospitality
- Excellent German and English skills, additional languages are an advantage
- Strong service and guest orientation
- Independent, reliable, and friendly working style
- Resilience and flexibility, even in hectic situations
- Teamwork skills and good communication abilities
