HR Generalist 100%, limited until December 2026

We have double baby joy in our team and will therefore distribute the tasks in the team a little differently in the future.

For this reason, we are looking for a committed maternity cover as an HR Generalist 100% for our HR team at the headquarters in Lenzburg from 1.1.2026 to 31.12.2026.

Your tasks

• Support of the Business Partners in various HR topics throughout the entire employee cycle (personnel planning, recruitment, retention, development and release)
• Execution of operational personnel administration along the employee cycle of approx. 500 employees including provision of various documents (contracts, certificates, etc.)
• Master data maintenance and processing of workflows in the personnel system Rexx
• Contact point for employees and managers on personnel-related issues
• Active participation in the further development of HR processes and collaboration in HR projects
• Management of time and absence management including creation of evaluations

What you bring

• Several years of experience in a comparable role
• Very good knowledge in the described HR topics including further training as an HR specialist or comparable further training
• Strong affinity for systems and ideally existing experience with the systems Rexx, Abacus and Mobatime
• Initiative, independent and trustworthy personality who recognizes opportunities in constant changes and maintains overview and calm even in demanding situations
• Strong communication skills at eye level with different stakeholders
• Ideally experience in banking and HR projects as well as in the integration and outsourcing of subsidiaries
