We are a lively parish in the Zurich lowlands. For our 2-person team in the secretariat, we are looking for a clerk immediately or by arrangement.
Area of responsibility
- Administration of RPG (religious pedagogical overall concept) 2nd – 4th grade
- Prepare data for the weekly newsletter, including Embri App
- Administrative support of volunteer work
- General secretarial tasks (room rental, invoicing, sermon dispatch, etc.)
We wish for
- Commercial apprenticeship or equivalent training
- Professional MS Office application or willingness to acquire these skills
- Confident handling of text and image
- Enjoyment of organization and coordination as well as holistic and networked thinking
- Working days: Monday, Tuesday and Thursday as well as willingness to cover the team colleague during holidays
- Connection to the Reformed Church and interest in church life
