Department:DFFIEntity:Post-compulsory training and guidance service (SFPO) - Neuchâtel Vocational Training Center (CPNE)Activities:As part of your activities, you participate in educational and administrative projects, notably in the evolution of uses and business processes. You carry out tasks of analysis, evaluation, testing, and documentation. Additionally, you contribute to training and support (educational and digital IT) for all CPNE staff and high schools. Finally, you provide assistance and technical support to users.Desired profile:Holder of an ES or HES degree in business informatics or an equivalent qualification, you have good knowledge of analysis methodologies and requirements gathering as well as documentation and testing related to IT projects. The digital and collaborative tools used in an educational and administrative context are familiar to you, and you master the use and administration of Microsoft 365 tools (Teams, SharePoint, Outlook, OneDrive, etc.). Equipped with good communication skills and solution-oriented, you are able to collaborate with different audiences.
