Over 150 customers use our PROVIS software for construction project management. And now we are looking for you: a leadership personality with vision and drive to take our Business Unit PROVIS to the next level.

YOUR MISSION:

As Head of Business Unit PROVIS and part of the Axept Executive Board, you lead a dynamic organizational unit with high visibility - strategically, operationally, and culturally:

Leadership & Strategy:

• Overall responsibility for the Business Unit including culture, budget, results, resources, and team
• Co-shaping the corporate strategy as an active member of the Axept Executive Board
• Leadership, coaching, and development of the management team as well as the entire Business Unit
• Organization and moderation of management workshops
• Responsible for customer and market development with support from the sales and marketing team

Operational Excellence & Structure:

• Ensuring efficient, uniform, and scalable processes
• Responsibility for sustainable capacity utilization and professional resource management
• Escalation management and quality assurance in customer support and projects
• Implementation of executive decisions and corporate guidelines

Innovation, Product & Market:

• Responsibility for the product vision and software development of the PROVIS software
• Active development of our service and product portfolio
• Analysis and anticipation of market trends and customer needs
• Representation of the company at events, trade fairs, and customer occasions

YOUR BACKGROUND:

• Several years of experience in a leadership position (Business Unit management, department management, executive management)
• Commercial or technical basic training with business management further education
• Experience in strategy development, construction management, software development, and process management
• Strong communication skills, negotiation skills, and confident appearance
• Fluent German skills, French or English skills are an advantage
