Dipl. Nursing Specialist DN II / HF (50 - 80%)

Your tasks

• Support and accompany clients according to the care plan, promote and maintain their health and resources
• Conduct initial assessments / reassessments with RAI-HC
• Develop care planning and measures and carry out care
• Interdisciplinary collaboration with doctors, relatives, and other institutions as well as with internally involved staff
• Perform treatment care (wound care, medication, parenteral nutrition, etc.)

You bring with you

• Diploma as a nursing specialist HF
• Broad expertise
• Willingness to take responsibility, coordination skills, and independence
• IT skills and good verbal and written communication skills
• RAI-HC course / knowledge or willingness to complete the course
• Teamwork skills, high self- and social competence
• Driver's license category B (own car advantageous)
