The Department of Elderly and Care of the City of Winterthur offers a diverse range of services mainly for elderly people through Spitex and the five senior centers. For Spitex City Winterthur, we are looking for committed individuals to start immediately or by arrangement for the following part-time positions:  
1 x 50%
1 x 80%

The positions concern the following area of responsibility:

Dipl. Nurse HF/FH (50% and 80%), Spitex

Your Tasks

• Ensuring the care process of our clients
• Taking case responsibility
• Analyzing complex care and support situations
• Clarifying and coordinating necessary internal and external services

Your Profile

• Degree as a certified nurse HF/FH
• Spitex experience preferred
• Independent and responsible working style
• Proficient use of IT programs (MS Office, possibly RAI-HC)
• Mobile by bike and in possession of a driver’s license
