Senior Project Manager District Heating Networks (m/f/d) 80–100%
Your Tasks
- Initiation and project management of district heating network projects
- Assessment of feasibility based on prioritization and resources
- Review of offers and price negotiations
- Interaction with all project stakeholders such as suppliers, customers, owners, etc.
- Coordination and leadership of external planners/companies in project implementation (client representation)
- Contract management with companies/planners and suppliers during project implementation
Your Qualities
- Education as an engineer in mechanical engineering, HVAC, or comparable
- Proven experience in managing large investment projects (project management level C)
- Very good communication skills and negotiation ability
- Solid IT user knowledge
- Driver's license (category B)
- Experience in civil engineering is an advantage
