The Swiss Tropical and Public Health Institute (Swiss TPH) is a globally renowned institute in the field of global health with a special focus on low- and middle-income countries. Associated with the University of Basel, Swiss TPH combines research, teaching, and services at local, national, and international levels. For the Diagnostics Center, we are looking for an immediate or agreed upon start for a
Dipl. Biomedical Analyst HF (80%)
to perform diagnostic tests in the field of molecular diagnostics and microscopy/parasitology.
The Diagnostics Center of Swiss TPH offers medical services in the field of human diagnostics with a focus on parasitology and travel-associated infectious diseases and is the National Reference Center for Malaria. Various detection methods such as immunodiagnostics, microscopic and molecular procedures are used for diagnostics in human medicine.
