Your team
The Fund Solutions team at Bank Julius Baer designs and delivers innovative investment structures tailored to the needs of sophisticated private banking clients. Our offerings include feeder funds, in-house managed funds, co-investment vehicles, fund-of-funds, and bespoke mandate solutions across liquid, semi-liquid, and illiquid strategies. These solutions span public and private markets, enabling clients to access diversified, customised portfolios aligned with their strategic objectives.
Working closely with Legal, Portfolio Managers, Relationship Managers, and external partners including fund administrators, custodians, and legal counsels our team ensures robust structuring, governance, and seamless implementation.
IHRE AUFGABEN
What to work on:

Support in the set-up new investment structures in Europe and offshore jurisdictions for the existing private market shelf

Assist in preparing documentation for internal approvals and client engagements, including pitchbooks

Assist in drafting offering documents and term sheets
What to learn:

Understanding of fund architecture and investment vehicle design

Exposure to cross-functional collaboration in a regulated environment

Application of financial and strategic thinking in real-world projects
YOUR PROFILE
-
Bachelor student from 2nd year onwards or enrolled Master student in the field(s) of Finance, Business, Economics, Law, or a related field.

Initial practical experience in banking and skills/knowledge in structuring is a plus

Highly analytical with strong attention to detail

Proactive, organised, and eager to learn

Passion for wealth management and a desire to create value beyond wealth

A global mindset, excellent interpersonal skills, and a strong appetite for learning

Fluency in English, with additional languages being a plus

Registered in the country of application with a valid work permit
