- Set up, program, and operate VOUMARD 150 CNC grinding machine.
- Ensure precise internal and external grinding of spindles up to 600mm.
Skills
- Completed training as a polymechanic, toolmaker, or machine mechanic needed.
- Extensive experience as a CNC round grinder is mandatory.
- Must be self-motivated, precise, and a team player.

Tasks
- Cylindrical grinding of precision components for our machine tools
- Internal/external cylindrical grinding on VOUMARD 150 CNC (internal grinding machine) with Fanuc control and Kellenberger UR 225 (Heidenhain control)
- Center grinding machine Technica
- Independent setup, programming, and operation of the machine
Requirements
- Completed training as polymechanic, toolmaker, or machine mechanic
- Many years of professional experience as a CNC cylindrical grinder is mandatory
- High-precision internal and external grinding of milling spindles up to 600mm length between centers and steady rests
- Independent and precise working style
- Team player and committed
