Your Tasks
- Care with heart and competence – you bring your passion into daily care and ensure individual, respectful basic care for our residents.
- Individual support – you respond to personal needs and work hand in hand with a motivated, collegial team.
- Focus on safety and hygiene – you ensure compliance with all relevant safety and hygiene standards at all times to create a protected environment.
- Careful nursing documentation – you make all necessary entries in a structured, precise, and responsible manner to ensure seamless and transparent care.
What You Bring
- You have completed training as an SRK nursing assistant or as a health and social assistant.
- You lovingly and competently address the needs of our residents.
- You enjoy working in a team and contribute cross-departmentally with high social competence.
- You are an initiative-taking, committed, and trustworthy person.
- You have good oral and written German skills (at least level B1).
