Senior Research Associate Prevention & Care m/f/d - Pace Setter for Smarter Dental Care
This is you:
- You develop new concepts and technologies for a digital prophylaxis system.
- You analyze biological, diagnostic, and clinical data.
- You work in interdisciplinary projects with experts from dentistry, dental hygiene, computer science, and product management and take on partial or overall project management.
- You define, specify, and test core functions of the prototype software in close collaboration with developers and pilot practices.
- You accompany functional models from the idea through construction, validation, and documentation to handover to product development.
- You identify patentable technical solutions and actively support patent applications.
- You monitor market and technology developments in dental diagnostics, prophylaxis software, and AI solutions and derive requirements and opportunities for our product.
You bring with you:
- You have a university degree (Uni/ETH/FH) in one of the following areas or a comparable discipline: biology, dentistry, dental hygiene, medical technology, computer science, data science, or a related field.
- Ideally, you have experience in at least two of the domains: clinical dentistry/prophylaxis, software development, or data analysis, diagnostics.
- You have practical experience in planning, conducting, and evaluating experiments or pilot projects and are not afraid of hands-on work with prototypes.
- You are interested in digital products, can document complex issues in a structured way, and translate them into requirements for developers.
- Initial experience in project management and enjoyment in coordinating interdisciplinary teams.
- You have the ability to mediate between clinic, technology, and business.
