Your Profile
- Completed training in health and nursing care or elderly care
- Several years of professional experience

- Commitment, flexibility, teamwork skills, and resilience
- A respectful attitude
- High social competence combined with the ability to motivate employees to creative solutions in the team
- Interest in a role with responsibility for personnel management and development
- IT skills
