Your Tasks

Representation of the ward management
Ensuring the flow and organization of daily ward routine
Close cooperation with all professional groups involved in the treatment process
Further development and optimization of workflows and processes
Professional guidance and training of new employees
Ensuring the professionalism of nursing work and its documentation
Work in a 3-shift system

Your Profile

Completed training in health and nursing care or elderly care
Several years of professional experience
Enjoyment in working with mentally ill people
Commitment, flexibility, teamwork skills, and resilience
A respectful attitude
High social competence combined with the ability to motivate employees to creative solutions in the team
Interest in a role with responsibility for personnel management and development
IT skills
