Your mission
• You are responsible for welcoming, guiding, and advising our customers by offering them editorial products and Fnac services that meet their needs.
• You are expected to develop an excellent relationship with our customers by introducing them to the Fnac environment.
• You are responsible for recruiting and retaining Members.
• You are responsible for the upkeep, assortment, and management of your department.
