Logistics Specialist – for an exciting permanent position

Activities

Visual inspection for damages, if necessary damage report to the carrier
Unpacking, checking, identifying the material according to the delivery note
Posting of goods receipt including FMS, calibration, provisions
Preparation for storage in the optimal storage container
Processing of AOG processes and group emails
Control of material certificates
Initiation of Q-reports in case of defects
Handling and monitoring of quarantine warehouses
Picking and packaging of material
Timely processing of SAP requirements
Taking over shipping orders including document control
Packaging according to regulations (including ADR/SDR and IATA for dangerous goods)
Provision for the respective carriers
Receipt and forwarding of mail

Requirements

Mandatory completed training as a logistics specialist
Several years of proven professional experience in logistics
Very good German skills in spoken and written form
Good English skills
Experience in handling dangerous goods
Driver's license category B as well as a valid SUVA-recognized forklift license
