Your Tasks
- You plan and coordinate consultation and treatment appointments using an electronic appointment scheduler.
- You operate our patient reception and have frequent telephone and personal contact with patients and their relatives as well as referring physicians, general practitioners, and insurance companies.
- You ensure the smooth running of the outpatient operations and hospital admissions of our patients.
- You are responsible for patient correspondence as well as general administration.
Your Profile
- For this versatile role, we expect a completed training as a medical practice assistant or an equivalent professional qualification with further training as a medical secretary.
- You have a confident command of German, good knowledge of medical terminology, and good IT user skills.
- You are a team-oriented and flexible personality and work independently, precisely, and efficiently.
