Your Tasks
- Management and coordination of internal work within the framework of the "T&A 2028" project
- Collaboration with external project support and department management
- Building and leading the project team
- Designing processes for department and organizational development
- Ensuring the success conditions for a successful change initiative
- Promoting a constructive transformation culture
- Compiling important decision bases, data sets, and analyses
Your Profile
- University degree in work and organizational psychology or comparable qualification
- Systemic further training desired
- Experience in corporate and/or university development projects
- Experience in organizational development projects
- At least 5 years of experience in leading transformation projects
- Knowledge of how universities function
- Proven competence in applying methods of collegial leadership as well as Scrum and Lean approaches
- Confident use of moderation, participation, and evaluation methods
- Agile personality with high empathy and willingness to shape
- Enjoyment of participatory development processes and interdisciplinary collaboration
- Structured, communicative, and solution-oriented personality
