The Rorschach school with around 900 students is divided into four school districts and is committed daily to modern and effective education.

To strengthen our team in school administration, we are looking for a flexible and committed personality as

Clerk School Administration (60–80%)

• Friendly and competent counter and telephone service
• Coordination and administration of school health (school doctor, school dentist)
• Secretariat and administration of the music school
• Maintenance and further development of the school homepage
• Support of the head of school administration in administrative matters
• General and versatile secretarial tasks

• Commercial basic training, preferably in a municipal administration
• Independent, structured and reliable way of working
• Enjoyment in contact with parents, teachers and external partners
• Resilience and quality awareness
• Organizational talent with quick comprehension and networked thinking
• Confident handling of digital applications and interest in modern work processes

• An exciting, varied activity in the school environment
• A motivated and collegial team
