This role is part of our Experience & Engineering team in Switzerland. We combine our skills in developing future-proof technical solutions with our expertise in design to create outstanding digital experiences that build sustainable relationships with our clients – including Ricola, CSS, Edelweiss Air, Lufthansa Group, Stokke, and Just Eat Takeaway.
JOB PURPOSE
In this job, you will create top-class experiences, design systems, and visual designs. You will collaborate with talented designers in a client-focused role, work closely with our design leads, and balance independent work with team engagement – sharing ideas, feedback, and successes.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Bring fresh ideas on best practices and cross-industry insights to the project team.
- Translate strategy, data analysis, and UX into impressive interface designs.
- Make thoughtful yet bold decisions on when to use the design system and when to create something new.
- Present your work to clients and stakeholders and handle feedback confidently.
- Support your design decisions with annotations and bring them to life with animations.
- Be responsible for the final delivery and ensure the highest quality in design and implementation.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- Good experience as a visual designer in an agency or with a renowned brand.
- Experience designing websites, apps, and digital products.
- A strong portfolio (website or PDF) showcasing your experience and passion.
- Experience working in multidisciplinary teams.
- Experience with Figma and design systems is a must.
- Experience in motion design (Jitter) and with AI tools is a big plus.
- Working knowledge of English and German.
- Immediate availability for a role in Switzerland.
