Polymechanic – CNC Milling Machine Operator in Shift Work

Activities

Independent setup and operation of automated machining centers with robot support
Self-inspection with first-piece control
Running in new parts
Reclamping, deburring, measuring parts produced in small to medium series
Setting up tools and measuring using the presetting device Zoller Venturion – Pilot 4
Continuous process improvement at the workplace (CPI)
Periodic maintenance of machines and equipment
Operating other small cubic machining machines in job rotation

Requirements

Completed apprenticeship as a polymechanic
Several years of CNC experience in machining rotational parts
Working in 2-shift operation
Good PC user skills
German spoken and written
