Are you passionate about product and process development of food and at the same time have a sense for innovation and entrepreneurial thinking? Then you are exactly right with us! To strengthen our team, we are looking for a Project Manager R&D Culinary Dried (80-100%) starting immediately or by arrangement.
Tasks
In your role, you lead and manage projects in process development in the area of R&D Culinary Dried – from the idea to market launch.
Specifically, this means:
- You develop new product ideas, understand the technology behind them, and initiate them together with interdisciplinary teams
- You optimize existing products and processes, integrate new products into the system, and document the manufacturing processes
- You take on administrative tasks and project management of new developments and contribute to the continuous improvement of our processes
- You keep an eye on trends and innovations from research and development, bring in impulses, and discuss potentials together with the team
- You are involved from the start in the commissioning of new plants and share responsibility for a successful start
To achieve this, you work closely networked with production, technology, purchasing, marketing, sales, and quality assurance. With your contribution, you support not only individual projects but also the sustainable development of our company.
Your Profile:
- Dynamic personality with a "hands-on mentality" and technical understanding
- Structured, independent, and solution-oriented way of working
- Interest in fermentation-based processes and novel technologies
- Completed studies in food science, food technology, or a comparable degree program
- Several years of professional experience in product development in the food industry is an advantage
- Good English and German skills in spoken and written form
