Your role with us
Certified Nursing Specialist HF/FH with Deputy Function in a Protected Ward 80 - 100%
What does your workday look like?
- You take on daily responsibility and are the contact person for residents, relatives, doctors, and your team.
- You share responsibility for managing the protected ward with 23 residents.
- You support the ward management in leadership and development tasks of the nursing team consisting of about 25 employees.
- As a nursing professional, you independently plan and carry out all nursing processes, administer the nursing documentation, and implement existing concepts.
- Complete performance recording in RAI is also part of your duties, as well as accompanying our trainees and new employees.
- Ensuring high-quality, resident-oriented care and support is part of your task.
What do you bring with you?
- You bring a well-filled backpack that includes a completed tertiary education at the level of certified nursing specialist or an equivalent and certified training recognized in Switzerland.
- You enjoy caring for people with dementia and have solid knowledge in this area.
- Your humor, solution orientation, passion, and your open and unique personality enrich our team.
- Leadership experience is an advantage, and you are willing to continue your education.
