Technical Tender Manager (m/f/d)

We need you for the mobility transition and the development of charging infrastructure in Germany and Europe.

YOUR MISSION

• Independent overall responsibility for technical tenders of private and public clients in the field of charging infrastructure (mainly Heavy Duty) 

• Processing of tender documents with end-to-end responsibility

• Interdisciplinary leadership within the framework of tenders in the areas of Sales, Operations, Technology, and Purchasing 

• Screening of tender platforms for suitable tenders, creating decision templates for management regarding participation in tenders 

• Communication with tender platforms and clients according to tender regulations Joint development of standards and templates for tenders with the specialist departments
  

  YOUR ENERGIZED PROFILE

  • You have a professional or academic degree in a technical field 

  • You have practical experience in tender management, project management, technical sales, or comparable (at least 3 years)

  • You have in-depth knowledge in electrical and energy engineering, ideally in the field of charging infrastructure (possibly supplemented by transformers, battery storage, and generation systems)

  • Practical experience with large infrastructure construction projects is an advantage 

  • You have German language skills in writing and speaking at native level and business fluent English skills 

  • You have a strong affinity for IT programs for offer design, (agile) project management, and tender platforms
