Regional Sales Engineer (a)

• Analysis and systematic development of the assigned sales territory Eastern Switzerland
• Planning and independent management of sales activities for new customer acquisition, selection of suitable sales channels, from cold calling via social media to customer visits
• Maintenance and management of customer relationships and active expansion of our network to OEM customers, plant manufacturers, and end customers
• Solution-oriented, commercial and technical consulting of our customers
• Responsibility for sales development in the own sales territory with significant, sustainable increase in sales
• Preparation of offers and consistent follow-up

• Completed technical studies at a university of applied sciences or university (e.g. electrical or automation engineering)
• Several years of experience in sales and a strong result and sales orientation (ideally you have already won new customer projects several times)
• Communication and negotiation skills combined with proactive, reliable and winning appearance
• High level of commitment as well as customer and service orientation
• Systematic and independent way of working
• Ability to work in a team and record sales opportunities as team successes
